Many times the people are looking at us, the coaches, and judge us according our skills which we show on court. However, most of the times the skills which we have are only reflection of our coaching philosophy. You see, coaching philosophy is the topic which not many coaches are ready to talk about.

Sometimes ago I published some interesting topics on the biggest forum for badminton - They were promoted on the frontpage for over an year. I think now is time to remind them.

As person who is obsessed with the idea of consistent and logical badminton development, I think the greatest link between player and development are the coachs' skills. Many time I have seen that different coaches still count and apply methods and structures which are outdated many years ago.
