About Me
Chief Product Officer, sport technology consultant, and PhD researcher. Fifteen years building products and leading teams from inside elite sport — from the training court to the boardroom, from ASOIF keynote stages to the codebase.

I sit at the intersection of elite sport and technology — and I've spent fifteen years making that intersection productive. What started as a dual career in competitive badminton and information technology became a deliberate path: using what I learn inside high-performance sport to build the digital infrastructure that sport still lacks.
That path took me through international coaching, coach education, and federation-level development work across four countries — creating age-related development systems, publishing applied sport science, and building high-performance teams both on court and inside the organisations around them. Each role sharpened the same conviction: sport organisations need better tools, better data, and better product thinking to sustain what they do.
Today that conviction drives my work as Chief Product Officer at SportERP, where I lead product and technology strategy for a multi-product SaaS platform with AI and computer vision at its core. My PhD research at Loughborough University — focused on leadership, organisational health, and sustainable sport systems — feeds directly into how I advise International Federations, National Governing Bodies, and professional clubs on technology roadmapping and organisational design. Whether through Non-Executive Director roles, ASOIF and BWF keynotes, or hands-on product leadership, my focus is the same: helping sport organisations become more sustainable through technology that actually fits how they work.

My experience spans fractional CPO/CTO engagements, product portfolio strategy, and building cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
Fifteen years inside elite sport — coaching, competing, and consulting — means every product decision starts with how athletes train, coaches work, and organisations actually operate.
Designing AI systems purpose-built for sport: automated performance analysis, pose estimation, match reconstruction, and agentic workflows that replace hours of manual work.
Building and leading cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams across Bulgaria, England, India, and Uruguay — shipping reliably across four time zones.
