CPO / CTO
I build products and lead teams from inside the sport — fifteen years of coaching, competing, and consulting means every technical decision is grounded in how athletes train, how coaches work, and how sport organisations actually operate.
Led SportERP from a single B2B MVP to a three-product SaaS/PaaS ecosystem serving B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets. Owned the product roadmap, pricing strategy, and prioritisation across all three product lines.
Translated academic research from Loughborough University and Finnish physiologists into commercial product features. Proprietary algorithms developed for Infinite Q now power analytics capabilities across the entire product suite.
Designed and delivered technology strategies for federations and governing bodies transitioning from paper-based operations to integrated digital platforms — member management, competition systems, financial operations, and data governance.
Built and led cross-functional product, engineering, DevOps, and design teams across Bulgaria, England, India, and Uruguay. Established the delivery processes, tooling, and team culture to ship reliably across four time zones.
I own the full product lifecycle — from discovery research and competitive analysis through to launch, iteration, and multi-market expansion. At SportERP, this meant evolving from a single MVP into three distinct product lines across different customer segments.
I don't bolt AI onto products as a feature checkbox. Every ML integration starts with a sport-specific problem: can we detect fatigue patterns from sensor data? Can computer vision automate performance analysis that currently takes coaches hours? The domain expertise determines the model, not the other way around.
From shuttlecock tracking to full 3D match reconstruction, I design computer vision systems purpose-built for sport. Object detection, player tracking, automated event recognition, pose estimation, court mapping — each pipeline shaped by deep understanding of what coaches, analysts, and athletes need from the data.
Leading distributed engineering, product, DevOps, and design teams across Bulgaria, England, India, and Uruguay. I build team structures and delivery processes that work across time zones and cultures — because the best architecture means nothing without a team that can execute.
Enterprise Resource Planning for Sport
SportERP is the enterprise operating system I co-founded and lead as CPO, purpose-built for sport organisations managing athletes, coaches, competitions, and commercial operations in one platform. I own the product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery — from identifying market gaps through user research to shipping features adopted by federations across multiple countries.

In Progress
Most technology leaders come from outside the sport and learn the domain second. I started on the court, competed internationally, coached at federal training centres, published research, and only then began building the platforms. That sequence matters. It means I don't ask coaches to adapt to the technology — I build technology that fits the way coaches already think, the way athletes already train, and the way organisations already operate.
From first commit to paying customers, from ISO27001 certification to ASOIF keynote stages, every product decision I make is tested against one question: does this solve a real problem for the people in the sport? If the answer is no, the feature does not ship.
Let's discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals. Whether it's coaching, consulting, or technology solutions, I'm here to help.
